Helene Renea has partnerships with USPS, DHL, and UPS to ensure you get your products with confidence.
Returns:
As stated in the Refund Policy, if you have requested a return, if your return is accepted due to an error or defective/damaged goods upon receipt, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If you are returning the item outside of these requirements, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Domestic Shipping:
Orders normally take 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays as we only ship M-F); however, it can take longer depending upon volume and special orders. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with your tracking number once your items ship. Orders may take 2- 4 days to arrive.
Please note, when you check out, you will receive a shipping estimate based on the carrier and service you selected.
Here are a few tips:
- The customer must provide the current information prior to shipping (please check your address before checking out)
- Your entire order must be shipped to a single address.
- Signatures are not required for delivery.
- Helene Renea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that may be left at your shipping address.
- The customer is responsible for the package upon delivery
- Customer is responsible for shipping cost on returned merchandise
- Use the tracking number provided to keep track of your order delivery. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
International Shipping
Orders normally take 10-21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays as we only ship M-F); however, it can take longer depending upon volume and special orders. We currently only ship to Canada via DHL Express Worldwide, UPS Worldwide, and USPS Priority Mail Express International. Estimated shipping. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with your tracking number once your items ship. Order can take 10-21 business days depending on customs agencies.
