At Helene Renea, we hope you love the piece that you purchased. Our goal is to provide you with superior service and keep you as a loyal customer.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make your experience better.
Return Eligibility
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@helenerenea.com. Please include your email address and order number in the subject line. If your return is accepted due to an error or defective/damaged goods upon receipt, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If you are returning the item outside of these requirements, shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You have 7 days from the date of your item (s) are delivered to return or exchange your items for a refund.
Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and with the original tags, proof of purchase receipt and with the original packaging. Items must be in resalable condition.

Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Item can be returned within 7 days from the date your items are delivered to receive a refund.

Exchanges
Helene Renea offers unique products, we cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If you need to exchange an item, we encourage you to place a new purchase for the new item and return the other item. Items without a receipt cannot be returned or exchanged. Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged without a receipt.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
